Supporting community theatre growth
"We analyzed DLTP's entire production operation from "the Shop Floor" and we were able to identify areas that needed improvement, but just as important we were able to see what they do well and help expand on that." - Brian Campbell, CEO Campbell Technical Consulting
We highlight our work with smaller community theatres, demonstrating how we help them improve their organization and maximize their efficiency. Our approach is collaborative, respecting the foundational work already in place.

Guiding without criticism, preserving passion
Our main goal is to preserve what is already working and offer guidance to areas that need help. We are not here to take over or criticize the incredible work already being done. Our focus is on keeping the arts community thriving, especially in challenging economic times.
"One of DLTP's most valuable assets are the people that volunteer there. That resource should be continued to be celebrated and nurtured." - Brian Campbell, CEO Campbell Technical Consulting

Tangible results: maximizing resources and easing pressure
Clients have seen significant improvements by maximizing existing time and resources to reduce hard costs. Through better scheduling, we've eased pressure on the most valuable asset: personnel, staff and volunteers. Reorganizing equipment allocation has reduced setup and takedown times. We identify "bottlenecks" and "accelerators" to create a ripple effect throughout the entire organization.
"They met regularly with the Technical Director as well as other key personnel including our workshop team, and visiting Stage Directors. We received timely feedback on ways to explore new uses for our equipment, best practice models in having our teams work together in effective ways, and ultimately an extensive document detailing all aspects of their research to help us meet our goals for improvement." - Carol McKenzie, Artistic Director
