Drury Lane Theatrical Productions in Burlington, Ontario contracted Campbell Technical Consulting for a period of 12 months to support our need to review our theatrical processes, use of new technical equipment in our theatre setting, and operations and communication models used between departments.  During this period, Campbell Technical Consulting was frequently on site to observe people, spaces and equipment. They gathered data on our current status, provided timely feedback and reported back to the Artistic Director and the Vice-President of Drury Lane.  They met regularly with the Technical Director as well as other key personnel including our workshop team, and visiting Stage Directors. We received timely feedback on ways to explore new uses for our equipment, best practice models in having our teams work together in effective ways, and ultimately an extensive document detailing all aspects of their research to help us meet our goals for improvement.  The "Technical Theatre Operations Report" document provided to Drury Lane has become our guiding document for establishing timelines and actions moving forward for each of the categories covered in the report. We were more than pleased to have employed the services of Campbell Technical Consulting, and would highly recommend them to other organizations hoping to improve processes and practices.
